Preventive Maintenance on a garage door can extend the lifecycle and avoid major repairs
Garage doors get used multiple times a day without any notice to them, until they are no longer working. Preventive maintenance on your door can assure a longer lifecycle, and help avoid major repairs in the future.
Depending on how often you are using your door, we do recommend preventive maintenance be done on your doors at least annually. If your door is used more often, then semi-annually is the way to go.
Commercial doors that are only used once a day or less may require just the recommended annual preventive maintenance. Doors that see heavy traffic should receive quarterly servicing to keep them running smoothly and treat any issues before they need major repairs.
